Snow is removed when accumulations reach 6–8" or greater once a storm is complete and county roads are clear, unless your plan says otherwise.

Decks, walkways & roofs
Shoveling once storms are complete and driveway plowing is done. Roof shoveling on request.
Added service, priced per property
Timely communication is vital, last-minute requests result in extra fees.
HSR requires homeowners to give at least 48-hour notice for arrivals and departures, no matter which plan you choose. Last-minute requests result in extra fees.
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve & Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, and Easter Sunday carry an extra $100 charge in addition to your contracted plan.
If your roof dumps or road crews leave a berm and you request a second trip, additional fees apply, regardless of plan.
All driveways must be marked before the first major snowfall: poles at least 8 ft tall in upper-mountain subdivisions, and at least 5 ft in Elk Ridge.
